Dr. Janeel is an eminent paediatric cardiac surgeon with experience of more than 15 years having worked in both resource rich and resource limited setting. Trained in Paediatric & Congenital Cardiac Surgery at GreenLane Hospital, Auckland, New Zealand.
Dr. Musthafa Janeel had previously worked in Apollo Chennai, the leading premier private hospital in India, and was a key member in developing the paediatric cardiac program there. He continue to associate with Apollo Hospitals for the paediatric program in Apollo Navi Mumbai and runs an offsite program at AlKafeel Hospital Karbala Iraq. He has also guided the team in starting the program in Hargeysa and Somaliland and team has now done more than 250 cases with nearly 100% result.
He has expertise in neonatal and complex congenital cardiac conditions and has perfected his techniques to aid in early recovery of child after surgery.
Having traveled to various parts of the world and understanding the problems in each locality, he has formulated plans to successfully run programs in different regions. The foundation is led by his vision to improve the lives of children with heart defects.

Dr. Bhushan Chavan is an eminent paediatric cardiologist who is currently working in Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai and is key figure in establishing the hospital as an international referral centre for paediatric cardiology problems . He also runs his own clinic and also has an academic position in DY Patil Medical College to continue his passion for teaching. He has rich experience working with rural and from poor socio economic backgrounds from various parts of Maharashtra. He also have experience running clinics in various counties and also is a key figure in establishing program in AlKafeel hospital Iraq along with Dr. Ahmed Aboodi and Dr. Janeel.

Dr. MM Kamran is a young and innovative paediatric interventional cardiologist who has the world record of successfully doing the VSD device closure for the smallest weight baby. He achieved this feat when he successfully did a VSD device closure in a child with 2.5 kg. He established a fresh program in Aligarh Muslim Universiry having done more than 1000 cases/year. He also has first and largest series of both less than 10 kg and 5 kg children for VSD device closure. He also has published the first series of adult RVOT stenting in India and has done the first ever RVOT stenting in Africa at Guled Heart Centre. Dr. Kamran also did the first ever successful program in Mogadishu, Somalia.

Dr. Rajesh is young and vibrant paediatric cardiologist who got trained in the prestigious Madras Medical Mission hospital Chennai, which started the first paediatric cardiac program in India. He has further experience working in Boston children hospital, one of the world leader in paediatric cardiology and Texas Heart Institute . He is currently working in MGM Hospital which currently has the largest hear transplant program as paediatric and transplant cardiologist. Dr. Rajesh did the first ever successful paediatric interventional procedure in Somali region when the program started in 2020 at Hargeysa Somaliland.
